By 27 June 2012, 195 weapons given to the charge of these PMSCs had disappeared (pls find the related report below).
As Sri Lanka was about to be blacklisted, after a three month long effort 181 of these weapons were found from 30 countries, including Djbouti, reports say.
Fourteen of the weapons are still unaccounted for, and it is suspected that they had gone to the hands of ISIS terrorists.
These weapons had been issued to the name of Sri Lanka, and the country will be blamed if any of these weapons had been found to be used to assassinate a world leader.
