In a first move police have targetted a storage facility of the Trade Ministry at Narahenpita where they have received information that a helicopter and a Satellite bus belonging to the Carlton Sports Network (CSN) TV channel, also owned by the Rajapaksa family, could be hidden.

Also being set up is a special government Unit to investigate the private possessions and assets of the Rajapaksa family.
