The demonstration was held near the Railway station in Milan and the participants pledged their support for Common Opposition candidate Maithripala Sirisena.
They called on all Sri Lankans to shed ethnic and religious differences and rally together to create a just society in Sri Lanka.
Over 300 Sri Lankans took part in the show of unity.
