Ramanayake has put out the message on his Facebook page in which he has told the Indian film star not to sell his image through cheap politics.

He has told Khan to abort his mission and go back to India.

Ramanayake has also made it clear that he was saying this as a true friend and admirer of the Bollywood actor.

Ramanayake has said that Khan is ignorant to the political set-up in Sri Lanka and does not know that it is sustained by corruption.

Speaking to 'Sri Lanka Mirror' on this regard, Ramanayake said that apart from one or two personalities, the rest of the film fraternity was against President Mahinda Rajapaksa who by enlisting the support of a person who has no knowledge of the politics in Sri Lanka has only confirmed his bankruptcy.
