These pictures first appeared in the facebook page of Duminda Silva.

 They show him after being hit during the shooting, while undergoing surgery and gaining recovery.

At the court case, it transpired that Duminda was shot twice and that he was hit before Bharatha was fatally injured.

Also, the distance between the two had been gauged as 30 feet.
