A 17-year-old schoolboy and 27-year-old youth were taken into custody on Sunday and Monday (29) under the Computer Crimes Act on suspicion of hacking into the website.

Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya ordered the 27 year-year-old released on a cash bail of Rs 25,000 and two personal bails of Rs one million each while the teenager, who was placed in juvenile probation, was ordered released on two personal bails of Rs. one million each.

The magistrate instructed the schoolboy to refrain from engaging in such activities in the future and ordered his parents to submit documents and bills pertaining to his internet activities in the past 06 months.
