Sujani is the CEO of the company, registered as a legal consultancy firm under PV 83718 on 16 January 2012.
It has given its address as 15/1, Lake Drive, Subhutipura, Battaramulla, which is owned by her, but the firm has functioned from 07, Gower Street, Colombo 05.
Despite a notification for Sujani to be present at police to give a statement over massive irregularities at the firm, she has evaded it by getting admitted, first to a Colombo private hospital and later to the National Hospital.
Courts have ordered her immediate arrest.
Sujani has come to know the UNP minister in question through her one-time boyfriend and rugger player Gayan, who played for Kandy SC and Blacks.
Married with one child, Gayan has now filed for divorce.
