Why does Lankadeepa mention Yoshitha, not Nimal?

A lankadeepa online article to the effect that a person by the name Rohan has told courts that it was not him who had deposited Rs. 15.7 million in an account of Amtrad Holdings Ltd. on behalf of funds of Yoshitha Rajapaksa’s CSN channel is false, reliable sources told Sri Lanka Mirror.

In a statement to courts last December, businessman Rohan, who shareholder of Amtrad Holdings, said that the money did not belong to him.

However, he has not said that he had not deposited the money on behalf of the CSN channel.

It is suspicious that the Lankadeepa articles mentions nothing about Nimal Perera and reports only about Yoshitha.

It has now come to light that Amtrad Holdings had obtained a Rs. 15.7 million loan from Pan Asia Bank, and the company has transferred that money from its account to the account of PABC chairman Nimal Perera, according to reports reaching Sri Lanka Mirror.

Previously, SLM revealed important information regarding this money matter in an article titled “Confiscated Rs. 158.5 million belongs to Nimal Perera?

Following is the Lankadeepa online report:
