His outstanding payment due to the bank as at 31 December 2014, excluding interest, is Rs. 67,604,141.

The company is yet to repay a single installment to the bank.

The auditor general’s department has found during an audit of the bank that has this particular loan has been termed inactive.

This is the second biggest outstanding loan due to the BoC, after a credit obtained by Business Forum (Pvt.) Ltd.

The bank had not recovered, by 31 December 2014, a total of Rs. 320 million it had disbursed as leasing loans.
