He was responding to a query raised during at a key forum with the business community this morning (Dec. 23) at the Cinnamon Lakeside, Colombo.

Sirisena said that a completely bogus and misleading document forging the signatures of him and Wickremesinghe has been formulated.

"We will take several measures on this regard. Since both our signatures have been used and a statement issued, we will seek legal redress. Also we will clarify matters before the public. Furthermore, I would like to invite Presindent Mahinda Rajapaksa to bring along this bogus document and face me at an open debate," he said.

Such actions taken to mislead the public portray how 'bankrupt' the government's political movement has become. Also, such an extent of state sponsored illegal activities were never seen before in the election history of this country, he added.
