The retired high court judge says a written request will be made for a date to handover the report to the president.
The former regime appointed the Paranagama commission to probe disappearances said to have taken place during the final stages of the war.
It has gathered evidence from northern and eastern provinces, including from the public and around 5,000 security forces personnel, with regard to more than 20,000 complaints it has received.
All these findings are incorporated in the report.
