The visit has taken place despite the Government Press, (where ballot papers were being printed) is declared off limits for all outsiders and politicians.

Speaking, a spokesperson of the government press has said that this 'dummy candidate' has entered the premises in order to print a stock of handbills in support of another powerful candidate contesting the Presidential election.

The spokesperson added that the law forbids any candidate, let alone a single politician, to enter the Government Press where ballot papers were being printed.

The above mentioned candidate had entered the premises in the van in which he had arrived in, the spokesperson further said.
