Releasing a statement on this regard CaFFE states that Anusha Palpita stands as the accused of an ongoing trial and appointing him to a government position is a violation of financial regulations.
He is one of the accused in the trial on distribution of clothing for observing Sil worth Rs 600 million which is the most disgraceful, manipulative and attention grabbing abuse of public property during the 2015 election, states CaFFE.
It further states that the good governance regime making such appointments is a disgraceful act.
