He was arrested earlier today (23) for allegedly withholding evidences in the murder case of national Rugby player Wasim Thajudeen and was remanded after being produced before Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peiris.

It was reported that Senanayake was questioned for a few hours before the arrest was made.
