Ex-chairman of Imbulpe Pradeshiya Sabha Indu Gunatilake has reportedly deposited Rs. 250,000 in the bank account of his wife, out of a private donation towards a road renovation.

Lak Danaw, with the address 50/51, Lindel, Sapugaskanda, Makola, has donated the money for laying concrete to Pupulegala road at Viharawela.

The money has been deposited in the Sampath bank, Balangoda branch account no. 00975000110 owned by T.D.P. Ubhayasekara, the wife of Gunatilake.
