The remanded four are UPFA Thalawa Provincial Councillor Wasantha Bandara, Uditha Nishantha Fernando who is a security guard of the North-Central Province chief minister, MA Sanjeewa Pushpasiri and Asanka Nandapola.
Four persons from Eppawela who attacked a journalist from the Radio station Hiru FM Thisara Samal and a group of drama artists four days ago have been remanded by the Thambuttegama acting magistrate Lewke Bandara until Thursday.
