According to the report, the actress got hitched to Gene Goodenough on February 28, 2016 at Los Angeles.

While the actress kept denying all claims that she would soon be walking down the aisle, Preity's close friends, Sussanne Khan and Surily Goel were spotted holidaying in LA and while there, posting a lot of pictures on their Instagram account.

Kabir Bedi was the first one to take to Twitter to wish the actress. However, he wasn't the only one to wish Preity on Twitter. Her friends, Sushmita Sen and Farah Khan Ali, too, wished the actor on the social networking site.

The wedding was apparently a very private affair with only the bride and groom's immediate family and close friends present.

Apart from the picture of the wedding mandap, that was leaked on Instagram, there was no other picture of the wedding online. Reportedly, both Preity and Gene plan to auction their wedding pictures soon, the proceeds of which would be donated to Preity Zinta Foundation, TOI reports.
