Pundit W.D. Amaradewa attended the night as the honoured chief guest. He was paid special homage by Neth FM chairman - Nihal Seneviratne Epa and CEP - Asanga Jayasuriya.

The book - 'Neth Wanshaya', based in the decade long experience of the channel was also presented to Pundit Amaradewa.

Pundit Amaradewa himself sang a few songs while Umaria sang Rukmani Devi’s hits, Indrani Perera hit the songs of the 1970s, and Amarasiri Peiris sang new ones.

Colour was added to the night with the vibrant music of Wayo, led by Sangeeth Wijesuriya.
