Forbes magazine says she pulled in $135m (just over £92m) in the last 12 months.
Most of that is thanks to her huge 17-month world tour, Prismatic. She played 126 dates - grossing $2m (£1.3) in every city she played.
But spare a thought for Dr Dre. He's gone from top of the list to the bottom.
Here's a look at some of the other top earners and where they ranked...
2: One Direction $130m (approx £86.7m)
No surprise really. Touring is where the big money is these days. 1D are the world's biggest boy band and earned more than any band full stop - pulling in twice the cash of even The Rolling Stones.
So they should have enough to keep them going when they take a break next year, without needing a Saturday job.
4: Taylor Swift $80m (£53.3m)
Probably most people's guess for the top spot given the incredible continuing success of 1989. Taylor's making more than £2m for every city she plays on tour - so could be topping the list next year.
She's also one half of the best-paid showbiz couple. The other half being...
6: Calvin Harris $66m (£44m)
Not bad for someone who plays records for a living. The Scottish DJ rakes it in thanks to his six-figure gig fees. Calvin and Taylor earned even more than Beyonce and Jay Z.
10: Lady Gaga $59m (£39m)
It feels like it's gone a bit quiet for the Poker Face star. But she's been racking up the miles on the tour bus/diamond-crusted helicopter - and also has some very handy endorsements from the likes of Versace and her own Fame fragrance.
12: Ed Sheeran $57m (£38m)
Good old Ed. Show him a venue and he'll play in it. He performed 154 shows during the Forbes scoring period (June 2014 to June 2015), which is more than any other act on the list.
14: Beyonce $54.5m (£36m)
One place behind her husband, Beyonce only earned half as much as her 2014 haul. She should still have enough for a few decent Christmas presents though.
