Reportedly, the actor, with an inimitable swag, suffered an arm injury on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani'. The injury, though wasn't grave, caused major problems to Ranveer and he had to undergo regular physiotherapy to recover from it.

Physiotherapy seems to have failed too as the swashbucking actor now is undergoing surgery and he tweeted, yes, live-tweeted, from the operation theatre. He explained the surgery procedure in a series of tweets.

After the "injection on neck", Ranveer seems to have been finally "knocked out", as the tweets aren't coming now. We wish him all the best for the surgery anyhow.
