Jude told Sri Lanka Mirror that he was getting much appreciation for the song, more than what he got for ‘Himaleta Wada Usai’ which was about father’s love.

Within 24 hours of its launch, it has recorded the highest number of views and downloads, said Jude.

He said ‘Amma Kiyala Baha Thorana’ has become his favourite too.
