The Awards Festival was organized in Houston in the United States. The film “I am Backoy” received the Silver Award.

Communication expert Dr. Kapila Sooriyarachchi of the Health Education Bureau of the Health Ministry received the Award for its direction.

The Sri Lanka National Authority for Tobacco and Alcohol produced the film on the instructions of the Health Ministry.
