They have made their case in a letter addressed to the Director General of Civil Aviation HMC Nimalasiri by its CEO Romesh Fernando.
SriLankaMirror had previously highlighted the numerous tax frauds that Skyline Aviation had been involved in.
But the irony is that since it was registered under the Board of Investment project Nipayum Sri Lanka 300 Enterprise Programme, Skyline is yet to provide a scholarship since 2006.
Skyline has also broken several of their pledges given to obtain their Licence to operate.
Even a pledge in their application for the Licence to operate from a location in Wirawela in the Hambantota district was also disregarded as they have been operating from the aerodrome at Katukurunda in the Kalutara district.
Romesh Fernando, the CEO of Skyline is currently out on bail after appearing before the Maligawatta Magistrate.
He was bailed out on Rs,50,000 and a surety bail of Rs, 5 million in connection with the forgery of the signature of a company directress.
