Fashion Bug launches ‘Ethnic Fusion’ sari counter

Fashion Bug, one of Sri Lanka’s leading retail clothing chains with over 16 show rooms islandwide, recently launched their Sari Counter , ‘Ethnic Fusion’ at their Katubedde outlet.

Mrs Rosy Senanayaka, the Prime Minister’s Deputy Chief of Staff attended the event as Chief Guest, while Actresses Sabeetha, Sangeetha and Sachini Ayendra, Cricketer T.M Dhilshan and his wife actress Manjula Thilini, Hair Dressers and Beauticians Ramani Fernando, Gerald Solomons and Ramzi Rahaman, Designers Yoland Aluwihare and Lou Ching Wong attended as guests of honour.

Speaking on the occasion, Mrs Rosy Senanayake said she was happy to be present at the launch of Fashion Bug’s saree counter, ETHNIC FUSION and expressed her pleasure at being associated with Fashion Bug once again at yet another of the Company’s milestone events.

A fashion show showcasing the sarees and other items choreographed by Brian Kerkoven was the highlight of the evening, while the 15% discount was also offered to shoppers on that day.

A dazzling array of Sarees, Shawlars, Shalwar materials, Kurtis and Shawls are available at ETHNIC FUSION, which is a designated zone within each branch to identify and highlight the ethnic wear available at all Fashion Bug outlets. “The objective is to showcase the sarees and shalwars available at Fashion Bug since the majority of the people are unaware of the dazzling casual wear and evening wear sarees which we have in store ”, said Director Fashion Bug, Shabier Subian.
