Speaking at the launch, Hardy Jamaldeen - Director of Steradian Capital said that that there is an oversupply in the luxury apartment segment in the country but less attention is given for developing products for the high-end middle class segment.
Noting that the project targets middle-income young professionals, Mr. Jamaldeen said, “Young couples who have a joint income of 200,000 per month can afford to buy this apartment.”
Noting that the apartments are designed with a meticulous eye towards space planning and detail, he added that clients can purchase 'a very well planned apartment.'
