In addition, products such as noodles, syrup, Tipi Tip, fish buns, vienna rolls can also be produced with 100% rice flour.
Institute of Post Harvest Technology Sri Lanka in Anuradhapura has produced a soup cube and ice cream using rice. They produce cake and biscuit using 100% rice flour and buns and fish bun using 50% rice flour.
