Furthermore, Attorney at Law Sandun Sudaththa Gamage has been appointed a Non-Executive Director while Asia Securities Head of Treasury Ajit Hiran Samarasundera has been appointed Non-Executive Independent Director.

Meanwhile, Silhan Lazimo Rahaman has been appointed a Non-Executive Independent Director and Capital Maharaja Group Executive Director and member of the board Arun Pradeep Maharaja has been appointed a Non-Executive Independent Director and Prime Lands founder Brahmanage Premalal as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
