Hayleys affiliate Luxury Resort (Pvt.) Ltd. has bought Kudarah islet for 23 million US dollars.

A Hayleys director has coordinated with the minister in question, who is a close friend of the Maldivian president, to buy the islet.

With 51 luxury villas, this island is to be renamed Amaya Kudarah Maldives, reports add.
