Currently RTC has successfully organized the 4 races which took place on 20th March, 10th, 16th and 23rd April.

The races , which were enjoyed by over 50,000 spectators and over 4 million TV viewers, saw the participation of horses belonging to 28 owners.

The organizers so far have offered Rs 8million for the winners of the races which were held following the completion of renovations at Nuwara Eliya racecourse.

Among the competitors were 13 horse riders from Dubai, England along with several other Indian horse riders.
