Following the adoption of a proposal by the provincial council, it was decided they should undergo tests through regional health offices.
As the first step, a decision was taken to obtain medical reports of these ex-LTTE members.
However, most of them have refused to submit the reports.
Health officials say therefore, they will abandon the idea of conducting tests in view of this situation.
