The 29-perch land at Battaramulla, where CSN has built its headquarters, was given on a 30-year lease to D.A. Rajapaksa Foundation in 2003.
The annual lease was Rs. 163,125.
The UDA has cancelled the agreement as the CSN was located in the land in violation of the condition that it should not be used for other purposes.
The building and the other assets there too, have been taken over by the government as there no legal owner has come forward to claim them.
Previously, the Kaduwela magistrate ordered the handover of an OB vehicle belonging to CSN to SLRC on condition that it should be produced to courts as material evidence.
