‘Adhishtanaya’, written by Karannagoda gives details of the assault incident at Imbulgoda in Gampaha on 23 September 2009.
The book also claims the Navy and the Army had been against each other during the war.
Tennakoon returned to the US on September 08 after attending a court hearing into the assault on him.
At an identification parade in front of the Gampaha acting magistrate, Tennakoon and his wife Dhammika identified the attacker former staff sergeant Prem Ananda Udalagama of the Army intelligence.
In an interview with ‘Lankadeepa’, Tennakoon said there were issues with regard to news relating to the Navy not being published in the media during the war.
