SF's Ketagoda to crossover?
Tuesday, 02 December 2014 09:44MP Jayantha Ketagoda, the deputy leader of Sarath Fonseka's Democratic Party (DP), is preparing to crossover to the government, reports say.
However, attempts made to contact Ketagoda on this regard were futile.
Meanwhile, DP Western Provincial Councillor Ashoka Dayaratne resigned from the party yesterday (01) after making a special statement during the PC budget debate.
Dayaratne also stated that he will vote in favour of the PC budget and will function independently in the Western Provincial Council hereafter.
He also added that even though Fonseka had military knowledge, he lacked in political knowledge.
