The letter states the following :

1.MR.Upali Dharmadasa who was a member of last ex-co has summoned a meeting
for stake holders on Tuesday at SSC.
2.The letter was sent to us by an email using the word of Stake holders of SLC.
3.It also states that the few ex-co members represented the stake holders to meet
the Sports Minister.

'Sri Lanka Mirror' learns that the first meeting of the SLC stakeholders led by Upali Dharmadasa was only attended by 28 persons. However, those affiliated to Upali had noted the headcount as 54.

The complete number of SLC stakeholders able to vote is 85.

Hon Minster of Sports and Tourism,

Dear Sir,

We the real stake holders of SLC wish to get your kind attention of the following;

1.MR.Upali Dharmadasa who was a member of last ex-co has summoned a meeting
for stake holders on Tuesday at SSC.
2.The letter was sent to us by an email using the word of Stake holders of SLC.
3.It also states that the few ex-co members represented the stake holders to meet
the Sports Minister.

We wish to inform that Mr.Upali Dharmadasa who has unable to attend any of the ex-co meetings during the last two years has no right to represent us and we have not appoint him or any other members to attend a meeting with the Minister.

We also wish to inform you that they have given false information to you and the Media about the figures of the attendance of the meeting held recently where very few of our members participated.

Please be good enough to summon a stake holders meeting at the Sports Ministry
to discuss our matters and do not allow any interested parties to take the responsibility of real stake holders.
