He has been summoned to obtain a statement over the alleged Rs. 5,000 million fraud that is said to have taken place during the days of the Rajapaksa regime.
He is expected to give statements on several issues including the computerisation of Lanka Sathosa, the tourist bungalow, supermarket and fuel station in Kilinochchi, renovating the main office, refurbishing the Wesera filling station and obtaining privately owned storage for imported rice sticks.
