One of them, Udaya Nagahawatte has already been question, the court was told.
The CID also made submissions with regard to four other members of the PSD under investigation.
Also under probe are the calls received to the mobile phone of the then OIC of Narahenpita police Damien Fernando.
Meanwhile, former Narahenepita crimes OIC Sumith Perera, remanded for allegedly concealing information of Thajudeen’s killing, filed a bail application.
Judge Manilal Waidyatilake ordered the respondents, the attorney general, and the director and the OIC of the CID, to appear before courts on July 31.
Perera’s lawyer Ajith Pathirana said his client had only obeyed the orders he had received from his superior officers.
Further hearings have been put off until August 03.
Along with another suspect, retired senior DIG Anura Senanayake, Perera was remanded further.
