Kavishka has cited his fellow students at Sri Parakrama Maha Vidyalaya calling him ‘Soratha’ as the reason for the decision.

Also, he is finding it a nuisance to go to school with a shaven head.

After the production team explained matters to him, Kavishka has agreed to act in the tele drama further.
